Quick Start
Step 1: Create Your notigo Account
- Visit the notigo website: Go to www.notigo.ai and click the Sign Up button in the upper right corner.
- Choose your registration method:
- Sign up with your email: Enter the required information and set a secure password.
- Use your Google or Microsoft account: Quickly register by linking your existing account.
- Verify your email: Check your inbox for a verification email from notigo. Click the verification link in the email to activate your account.
Step 2: Authorize Your Microphone
Step 3: Create Your First Meeting Note
- Click "+" to create your first meeting note.
- Explore the AI Assistant Toolbar:
- Located at the bottom of the page, the AI Assistant toolbar includes the following key features:
- AI Notetaker: Automatically generates meeting notes and summaries based on the conversation.
- Real-time Transcription: Displays and records conversation in real time.
- Language Settings: Supports 52 languages for seamless switching.
- Voice Input Source Settings: Defaults to the primary device microphone.
- Future Features: Additional features like translation, recording, speaker differentiation, and more AI models are coming soon.
- Located at the bottom of the page, the AI Assistant toolbar includes the following key features:
- Start Speaking: notigo will begin working.
- Default Language: English. For other languages, click the Select Language button.
- Speak in a quiet environment to improve clarity and accuracy.
- Provide at least one minute of voice input to enable the AI to analyze and generate a summary.
- AI Notetaker in Action:
- The text editor will display a cursor where the AI Notetaker will begin analyzing your conversation after a few seconds and output summaries.
- The AI will identify and tag key elements like "Todo" and "Decision" based on the semantic analysis.
- Manual Edits:
- As a general document editor, you can manually add or adjust content:
- Update or expand AI-generated notes if they are incomplete or inaccurate.
- Click the "+" icon to open the editing menu for additional inputs.

- End the Meeting:
- Close the browser window, and the AI will stop automatically.
- Alternatively, manually stop the AI Assistant via the toolbar.
Additional Features
Feature 1: Transcription Views
notigo provides three transcription view modes:
- Subtitle View:
- Default mode with subtitles displayed below the AI Assistant toolbar.
- Sidebar View:
- Transcription displayed in the right-hand sidebar.
- Hover over the subtitles in default mode and click the Zoom Out icon to switch to this view.
- Hidden View:
- Hides subtitles to make the document cleaner.
- Click the Transcription Button on the AI Assistant toolbar to toggle subtitles on/off.
Feature 2: Turn Off AI Assistant
- Use the toggle on the AI Assistant toolbar to enable or disable the AI Notetaker and Transcription simultaneously.
- Currently, AI Notetaker and transcription can only be activated or deactivated together.
