AI Notetaker Setup Guide

The AI Notetaker in notigo helps you capture and organize meeting content in real time. Follow these detailed steps to set up and maximize the use of your AI Notetaker:

Default Activation of AI Notetaker

  • Automatic Activation:
    • The AI notetaker is automatically enabled when you open any document page and will generate summaries directly in the main text during your meetings.
  • Adjusting Input Location:
    • Drag the AI notetaker input position within the text to choose where the AI notes will appear.

AI Assistant Toolbar

  • Toolbar Location:
    • The AI Assistant control bar is located at the bottom of the page.
  • Toolbar Features:
    • The AI Assistant includes the following capabilities:
      • AI notetaker: Automatically generates meeting notes and summaries based on conversation content.
      • Real-time Transcription: Displays and records the original conversation text in real time.
      • Language Settings: Switch seamlessly between 52 supported languages.
      • Voice Input Source Settings: Defaults to the main device microphone.
      • Future Features: Additional functionalities such as translation, recording, speaker differentiation, and advanced AI models are coming soon.

Turning Off AI Assistant

  • Enable/Disable AI Assistant:
    • Use the toggle in the AI Assistant toolbar to enable or disable the AI notetaker and transcription features simultaneously.
  • Synchronous Activation:
    • Currently, the AI notetaker and transcription can only be turned on or off together.

Additional Operations

Manual Editing

The document editor allows you to manually input and adjust content:

  • Editing AI Notes:
    • If you find AI-generated notes incomplete or inaccurate, you can add or modify content.
  • Adding Content:
    • Click the "+" icon to open the menu for manual document editing.
